I am an extraordinary human being.
Can you say that and mean it?
I can assure you it took me years….. and years to be able to claim this at my core.
I believed I had to play it small to be loved …. by the people who I felt had power over me in a range of ways.
What about you?

On reflection, it’s really quite ridiculous.
I am not a piece of property that has a current market value placed on it.
I am an extraordinary human being.
I must be because I am a part of the divine source…. and so are YOU.
So why do we do this to ourselves?
A common reason for this belief about ourselves is that we are not enough.
Enough for what?
Really listen to the stories you tell yourself.
Do they serve you?
Honestly?
If we were sitting drinking tea together right now, I would be encouraging you to repeat to yourself, “I am equal to anyone I can think of.”
You are you and that is truly an extraordinary person to be.
