When everything changes, change everything

When everything changes, change everything

“When everything changes, change everything.” Neale Donald Walsch

We live in a rapidly changing world, would you agree?

We’re seeing advances in technology with robotics, AI, and e-commerce.

Half the jobs will be disappearing over the coming decades.

So what about humans?

Have you noticed we’re evolving too?

You just need to take a closer look at our kids to see this.

I have found they’re growing up quicker, they’re speaking and reading faster and seem to be able to do things that we only used to see in Marvel comic movies.

How can they do this incredible stuff?

Have  you asked them?

Stretch your imagination with your questioning.

Don’t just ask, “How was  your day at school today?”

Ask questions like;

  • If you can change things at school what would you do?
  • Why do people hurt each other?
  • Do you ever see things that maybe I can’t see? If so what?
  • Do you go places at night?
  • Can you hear other people’s thoughts?
  • Can you remember anything about life before you were you?

I know you may think some of these questions may seem weird.

And yet new and innovative thinking does seem weird at first!

Get yourself out of the box and learn from THEM.

Keep asking questions that to you may seem weird.

Learn to listen at a really deep level.

Children ARE changing.

What can you do differently to make sure they feel safe to share their wisdom with the world?
