Problems with increasing numbers in reported domestic and family violence, rape, self-harm, suicide, addictions, crime, natural disasters and poverty are crippling people’s ability to comprehend a life beyond mere survival.

This insidious destruction of the human spirit has caused women especially to be the highest sufferers of crippling anxiety as they so often attempt to care for others before themselves.

A wide range of government and private organisations are recognising the acute need for national conversations regarding potential solutions for managing this problem.

This series of blogs aims to contribute to this discussion by providing facts, examples of traumatic experiences in their rawest forms and my approach to replacing the impact of psychological pain has on preventing purpose driven lives into a sacred hero’s journey for enjoying a destiny filled with abundance and peace in all areas of life.
